![]() Nexus Mod Manager or Fallout Mod OrganizerĤ. MAKE SURE TOO PLAY THE GAME FROM THE FOSE! Links will be coming soon but you can find all of these here : ģ. I havnet seen this anywhere else so I thought I would post this, your welcome! Doing the optinal is recommended to increase stability and stop freezing and increase overall performance! Let me know if this works for you guys cause it did for me and i'm not having any problems! P.s. I cant click load or continue. So I've been looking for a way to play Fallout 3 on my Windows 10 without rolling back the drivers. My game is not saving, I cannot load saves they dont exist. Hey thanks for the advice, i manually did the invalidation thing and it works just fine.however I have another issue that has been persistent since before I started modding I think that I just noticed. ![]() Pretty sure it's the Archive Invalidation issue though. If that doesn't work and you don't want to use FOMM and you prefer and are most familiar with Vortex, try installing the mods in order manually and just use Vortex to check/uncheck the mod options you want installed for your game. Not only that, but I've heard of bugginess with Vortex's Fallout 3 Archive Invalidation - people reporting the exact issue you described because Vortex was messing it up, so maybe try this mod, Archive Invalidation Invalidated, to handle it in Vortex's place: Originally posted by STȺTIC:I've heard that Vortex isn't the best option for installing older FoMods and on the mod page itself it recommends using The Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) to install it properly. Think thats was all I did, havent been back to update this in a while. I pretty much gave the folder where the saves where administrative privileges as well as the fallout 3 launcher, another one that I think just said fallout launcher without the 3, and the fose launcher. If anyone can help with this also id appreciate it, cuz I got no idea what to do here either.įinal update: Thanks I got it all to work and it saves just fine now. I looked and my game does seem to be saving, I found save files in the my games folder in the fo3 folder but idk whats wrong they just are not in the game. However now I have another problem, my game does not save. Nothing seemingly wrong with the mod just the aforementioned thing. Update: Got it fixed, manually did the archive invalidation thing and it works great. If there is any other info I can provide I will try to provide it. Rather not try anymore as it locks up my pc. I have already re downloaded and reinstalled it and tried to go through the sequence 2 more times. I have it turned on in vortex so i have no idea why it would say that, so I installed it anyway. ![]() The only thing was when I first installed it it did say the archive validation thing wasnt activated or on, but it is. The wanderers edition is the only mod I have installed, im on win 10, using vortex, I installed it correctly(In order like the site said). I cant even close the game its just stuck, I literally have to restart my pc or sign out or something. Ill get to the point, after I select the wake up option in the beginning I get a black screen and it just stays like that. I hope you any of you folks can help me with my troubles with this mod.
